Shipping & Delivery FAQs

Delivery for the UK is £2.99 for all orders under £40, delivery over £40 is free.

Standard courier service arrives in 2–4 working days.

If the order hasn’t been dispatched by our fulfillment team we are able to update, simply email hello@inoumi.co and mark as urgent delivery address update

Our postage charge is for shipping, as the recipient you are liable for all import duties, taxes and charges. These can vary depending on location.

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, the product must be returned in an unopened and original condition as supplied to you. It must be returned to us in suitable packaging. You are responsible for all the packing and postage costs associated with returning. Please also include your order number.

We must have the package back within 28 days of delivery to you. Any lost /stolen return packages will not be refunded; therefore, we advise you use a track and signed for service.

If you have a faulty product then please email us hello@inoumi.co, Include the order number.

Any refunds we endeavor to issue within 10 working days after we have received the product.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, same as import tax, duty and taxes.

Products & Ingredients FAQs

Absolutely. We use only whole-food ingredients that are legally classified as foods in the UK & EU – no extracts, artificial sweeteners or fillers. This does mean that you will find naturally that not all our powders will fully dissolve, this is due to the quality. Do not be discouraged by any sediment, it’s natural.

Ingredients are sourced globally for flavour, then blended AND Packed in Kent, UK.

Every pouch INOUMI offers has approximately 30, enough for a month of daily pauses.

All our products are packed in a factory that doesn’t handle allergens

  • Matcha & Mushroom – naturally vegan and gluten-free
  • Collagen – bovine-derived; not suitable for vegetarians or vegans

Yes, nothing stops you mixing, for example, why not have a Matcha drink with a collagen boost!

Yes, you can drink our products cold, we recommend that you always follow the first step for mixing in hot water first.

Always consult with your doctor/midwife about introducing anything new into your lifestyle at this stage.

Yes, sediment is a sign of quality, INOUMI is made solely from finely ground, natural ingredients, so they won’t dissolve completely; a little sediment is perfectly normal and signals genuine quality.

INOUMI uses high quality matcha, that can be used in a traditional Japanese ceremony as a method of denoting the overall quality.

Yes – naturally!

Matcha is grown in shade, and then ground, this means you are consuming the entire leaf rather than just the flavoured water.

Yes. Many people replace an afternoon coffee with our Cinnamon & Ginger or Pure Mushroom blend for a warm, grounding cup without added caffeine.

INOUMI focuses on flavour. We start with finely ground, whole Reishi and Lion’s Mane, then create three taste-led blends without extracts, fillers, or sugars – giving you a café-level experience at home.

Absolutely – the fine powder incorporates well into brownies, pancakes, or savoury sauces. Start with a teaspoon and adjust to taste.

None of the INOUMI blends contain allergens, however our products are not certified ‘free-from’. Always check the label if you have any allergies

COLLAGEN FAQs

Just 100% bovine collagen peptides, nothing else!

Yes, the pure hydrolysed collage is fully dissolvable, this will not leave any sediment. Unless you have a moment with our collagen that has been blended, this will leave some sediment.

Pottery FAQs

Yes—lead-free, cadmium-free. Suitable for hot or cold drinks.

No—and that’s the point. Expect slight shifts in speckle, glaze flow and dimension; each stamp is individual.

Stoneware vitrified at 1,240 °C is non-porous and dishwasher-safe, though hand-washing keeps the satin finish pristine.

Our collaboration pieces are all stamped and unique to INOUMI, but INCA Pottery sells non-branded other designs on her own site if you prefer.

The bowl and cups hold heat where you want it—in the liquid—while remaining comfortable to touch at the rim.

Yes. The long handle gives extra control, and the flexible tines froth quickly even if your wrist technique is new.

Preparation & Storage FAQs

Use 70–80 °C water to dissolve powders, then add milk or iced liquid if desired.

To preserve the exceptional quality of your INOUMI products, store them in a cool, dry, and dark environment. Once opened, we recommend enjoying them within 3 months for optimal freshness. For unopened products, please refer to the best before date indicated on the packaging.

At INOUMI, we recommended using a bamboo whisk over an electric whisk, this helps to enhance the moment when making our drinks, however you can use an electric whisk If you wish.

Sustainability & Packaging FAQs

Yes, our pouches and boxes are recyclable, and our sticks are compostable.

Subscriptions & Loyalty FAQs

Choose your product, select subscribe and receive 20% off every recurring order. You can pause, skip or cancel after 60 days, when you sign up to a subscription you are signing for 2 months minimum, You can pause or cancel three times within a 12month period, after the initial 60 days ( 2 orders)  My Account → Subscriptions.
