For more than twenty years our founders have travelled, tasted, and meticulously sourced natural ingredients. Those two decades of firsthand experience now shape every pouch and single-serve sachet we blend and pack in our own UK facility. Today, we offer a focused collection of matcha, mushroom, and collagen powders that turn the daily pause into a mindful moment. No extracts.

No hyperbolic health claims. Just pure, finely ground ingredients designed to meet modern life with flavour and integrity.

Our Story

A taste led approach, focused on pure ground ingredients. 
Long before “superfoods” became a buzzword, we worked behind the scenes for leading beverage and nutrition brands, refining how raw ingredients are milled, blended, and packed. We saw the same patterns again and again:

  • Extracts replacing real food to chase higher margins.
  • Longer ingredients list, with sugars and extracts added.
  •  Laboratory centered marketing overshadowing flavour and provenance.
  • Ignoring sustainability in packaging.

INOUMI was created as an alternative, a premium brand that places sensory pleasure on equal footing with responsible sourcing. We chose the name (pronounced in-oo-mee) to reflect Inner, Outer, Mind.
