Cinnamon & ginger blend combines the roasted earth depth of pure, ground Lion’s mane and Reishi with the comforting warmth of cinnamon and bright, gently dried ginger. The warming spices evoke the familiar, comforting taste of a Masala Chai. Soft mahogany in the cup, it opens with velvet umami, cinnamon and ginger layered throughout.

Ingredient integrity sits at the heart of every INOUMI blend. Our Matcha is harvested from Japan, using first flush leaves and stone-ground to preserve delicate compounds and batch-tested in Kent for quality. All INOUMI powders are legally classified as foods in the UK & EU and you will never find extracts, added sugars or synthetic flavorings in our blends. They’re made solely from fine ground, natural ingredients, so they won’t dissolve completely; a little sediment is perfectly normal and signals genuine quality.

How to use mushroom pouches
- Simply add 1 (3g) tsp of powder to a whisking bowl,
- Add 25 ml of 70–80 °C water and whisk briskly in a zig-zag “W” motion with a bamboo chasen ( or electric whisk)
- Top up with additional hot water or pour over steamed milk or milk alternative for a velvety latte. For iced drinks, dissolve first in a hot splash before adding cold liquid and ice.
