Description
Your perfect Matcha Trio · (50g x 3)
At the heart of this matcha product is first flush ceremonial grade Japanese matcha. Harvested for only a few short weeks each year, first flush leaves represent the most prized yield, valued for their vibrant jade colour, smooth texture, and refined, umami rich taste. This careful cultivation is what gives our matcha its exceptional quality and clarity of flavour.
You can select three of our matcha pouches ( 50g each) and know that not only is the matcha top quality, we do not add any sugar to our blends, no coconut sugar in sight. No fillers, and nothing unnecessary. Just beautifully balanced drinks designed to fit naturally into everyday life. Always guided by one of our core principles: honest, finely ground ingredients that are recognised as food in the UK and EU.

Ingredient Integrity
Find our minimal honest 100% food ingredients in our ingredient library.
Ingredient integrity sits at the heart of every INOUMI blend. Our Matcha is harvested from Japan, using first flush leaves and stone-ground to preserve delicate compounds and batch-tested in Kent for quality. All INOUMI powders are legally classified as foods in the UK & EU and you will never find extracts, added sugars or synthetic flavorings in our blends. They’re made solely from fine ground, natural ingredients, so they won’t dissolve completely; a little sediment is perfectly normal and signals genuine quality.
Choose INOUMI Ceremonial-Grade Matcha if you value flavour over hype, provenance over buzzwords and calm over noise. Select the 50 g pouch for at-home routines or the compostable sachets for life on the go and add a long-handled purple-bamboo chasen or hand-thrown whisking bowl to elevate the moment. However you prepare it, this matcha invites you to pause, whisk slowly and sip mindfully, calm redefined in a single cup.
How to use Matcha Pouches
You do not need to sift our blends.
- Simply add ½ tsp of powder to a whisking bowl,
- Add 25 ml of 70–80 °C water and whisk briskly in a zig-zag “W” motion with a bamboo chasen for 15–20 seconds until a fine micro-foam appears.
- Top up with additional hot water for traditional Matcha, or pour over steamed milk or milk alternative for a velvety latte. For iced drinks, dissolve first in a hot splash before adding cold liquid and ice this preserves the silky texture and vivid colour.

Japanese matcha at it’s finest!!! I’ve placed a subscription order
I’d tried so many UK matchas and they were all annoyingly sweet- turns out most of them are basically sugar with a bit of matcha mixed in. INOUMI is the first one I’ve had that actually tastes like matcha. Pure Japanese matcha at it’s finest!!! I’ve placed a subscription order
