Matcha · Box 10 sachets
At the heart of this blend is first flush ceremonial grade Japanese matcha. Harvested for only a few short weeks each year, first flush leaves represent the most prized yield, valued for their vibrant jade colour, smooth texture, and refined, umami rich taste. This careful cultivation is what gives our matcha its exceptional quality and clarity of flavour.
Mushroom · Box 10 sachets
This blend is built on just two mushrooms: lion’s mane and reishi. We use only the fruiting bodies, carefully ground the part of the mushroom recognised as food in the UK and EU, not an extract. Mushroom blend is low or no caffeine ( minimal caffeine in the raw cacao blend – naturally occurring)
Collagen · Box 10 sachets
This blend starts with hydrolysed bovine collagen of exceptional purity, so clean and finely processed that it is naturally tasteless. Can be slipped into the everyday life with ease.

All INOUMI powders are legally classified as foods in the UK & EU and you will never find extracts, added sugars or synthetic flavorings in our blends. They’re made solely from fine ground, natural ingredients, so they won’t dissolve completely; a little sediment is perfectly normal and signals genuine quality.
Choose INOUMI collagens for clean, simple clear food ingredient lists. Select the 150g pouch for at-home routines or the compostable sachets for life on the go and add a long-handled purple-bamboo chasen or hand-thrown whisking bowl to elevate the moment. However you take it, this collagen invites you experiment with flavourless or know that its added to our delicious blend.
How to use our sachets
Matcha
You do not need to sift our blends.
- Simply add one sachet (1.5g) of powder to a whisking bowl,
- Add 25 ml of 70–80 °C water and whisk briskly in a zig-zag “W” motion with a bamboo chasen for 15–20 seconds until a fine micro-foam appears.
- Top up with additional hot water for traditional Matcha, or pour over steamed milk or milk alternative for a velvety latte. For iced drinks, dissolve first in a hot splash before adding cold liquid and ice this preserves the silky texture and vivid colour.
Mushroom
- Simply add 1 sachet to a whisking bowl,
- Add 25 ml of 70–80 °C water and whisk briskly in a zig-zag “W” motion with a bamboo chasen ( or electric whisk)
- Top up with additional hot water or pour over steamed milk or milk alternative for a velvety latte. For iced drinks, dissolve first in a hot splash before adding cold liquid and ice.
