This Delivery Policy outlines how INOUMI handles order fulfilment, shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to:
- Mainland United Kingdom
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and select UK offshore addresses
We do not yet offer international shipping but are working towards this in future.
2. Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or over weekends/public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Royal Mail 48hr (allow 2-4 working days for delivery)
Tracking links are emailed once your order has been dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, extreme weather or force majeure events.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free standard UK delivery
All shipping costs are displayed clearly before payment.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- First check your tracking link for updates
- Contact us at hello@inoumi.co so we can investigate
Lost parcels will be replaced or refunded in accordance with courier claim windows.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. INOUMI is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
