At INOUMI, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return eligible items in accordance with this Returns Policy.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, please notify us by email at hello@inoumi.co quoting your order number. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused and in resaleable condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been opened, used or damaged after delivery (unless it is faulty).
3. Return Process
Once your return is approved:
- You will be asked to send the item to our return address (provided via email)
- You must retain proof of posting or tracking
- The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or sent in error
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original (if eligible).
