These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on inoumi.co (the “Website”), which is operated by INOUMI (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website to purchase products.
1. Company Information

2. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order on our Website, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Provide accurate, complete and current personal and payment information;
- Have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that appears suspicious or incomplete.
3. Products and Description
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, all content is for informational purposes only. Product packaging may vary from what is shown online. Colours may differ due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to change, remove or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added during checkout and clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments. Payment must be received in full before your order can be dispatched. We do not accept cash or cheque.
5. Order Confirmation and Contract
Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. The contract between us is formed only when you receive an email confirming that your items have been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, before dispatch. Reasons for cancellation may include stock availability, pricing errors, or failure to meet our order requirements.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We will provide estimated delivery dates, but these are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including strikes, customs checks, or extreme weather.
7. Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your INOUMI purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return unopened and resaleable products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery costs.
To initiate a return, please email hello@inoumi.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds are processed using your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for opened consumable products unless they are faulty or damaged.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@inoumi.co with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution in line with your statutory rights.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or voucher codes. These must be used within their stated validity period and may be subject to additional terms.
We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time and to refuse use of a code if we suspect misuse or fraud.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including logos, photography, video, text, and packaging — is the property of INOUMI Ltd or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Website without our written consent.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss;
- Any losses arising from your misuse of the product;
- Delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our control.
Our total liability to you for any loss arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total price of your order.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
